These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchasing tickets through our website. By purchasing a ticket to Outpost Elysium, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Malmö Friform is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization dedicated to organise free form, short form or long form larps, and fostering community through said events. We do not employ staff, and all proceeds are used to support our activities and events.

2. Ticket Purchase

2.1. Availability

  • Tickets are sold to each individual event.
  • The availability of tickets is subject to the capacity of the event.

2.2. Payment

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe, Swish, bank tranfser, or similar trusted providers.
  • Prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include any applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

2.3. Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available in cases where the event is canceled by Malmö Friform.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the event’s cancellation announcement, unless refund is processed automatically, as per stated in said announcement.

3.2. Cancellations and Changes

  • Malmö Friform reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be provided for rescheduled events upon request.

4. Ticket Usage

4.1. Transferability

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Identification

  • You may be required to present valid identification along with your ticket for entry to the event.

4.3. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to the rules of the venue. Malmö Friform reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals whose behavior disrupts the event.

5. Liability

  • Malmö Friform is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will only be used for event administration and communication. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
  • Once the event is over, we will delete the information collected during ticket purchase within 3 months post-event.
