SIGNUP FOR OUTPOST ELYSIUM 2026
IS NOT YET OPEN

At this larp, you sign up by first paying the ticket, and then you will be sent a form by email, which you must fill out.

Only when you have done both things are you considered fully registered for the larp.

The Track and Hook system is a framework designed to generate player interaction with minimal intervention from organizers. A track is a thematic category that you can choose when signing up, such as siding with a specific goal, investigating a threat, play on misery and drug abuse etc. Within each Track there are several Hooks, which are specific instructions or character motivations that guide some of your actions during the event.

HOOKS ARE GIFTS, NOT RIGHTS: Please keep in mind that the Tracks and Hook system is an extra layer of fun designed to enhance your larp experience. Tobias, who created the system as a passion project for the community writes these hooks in his spare time as a gift to players. A hook is a bonus rather than a guaranteed part of your ticket price, we can’t promise a perfect hook for every single player. If you get a fitting hook, enjoy the ride! Don’t worry if your hook is small, there is always plenty of stuff to play out in the wasteland and your own iniative is always the most important part of creating good play, both for yourself and others. With this said he hopes you enjoy the extra flavor it brings to the game!

NOT GUARANTEED: You can only mark two as your desired choices. If you’re unlucky both your first and backup choice gets full, if thats the case you can then choose the ‘Wild card/surprise me’ option if you want. Still with the expectation that you need to play on it somehow.

Below you can find a brief overview of the Tracks we offer:

“The peace, security, and prosperity that follow the Troika’s expansion
are undeniable. We need them to survive out here!”

Flavours: Propaganda, the greater good, underground movements, political activism, and what some might label as espionage – but is it really?

Fits players who: Want to be sneaky, cultivate secret connections, and carry out missions for the greater good…whatever that means.

“Keeping the peace is a dirty job, but also an honour. It’s easier if we stand together.”

Flavours: Community-building, taking responsibility, guard duty, and the idea that everyone is equal(ish) before the law. You are active in protecting the settlement (you will likely go on a short, fun, watch duty during the larp), making morally ambiguous choices, and simply trying your best. (Note: This is not your characters full-time occupation)

Fits players who: Want to focus on making the community work, stay watchful for external threats, and solve everyday conflicts.

“There are only so many pieces of the pie, and you are building something real here. Dirty rivalry is just part of the job.”

Flavours: Broken alliances, fierce competition, managing debt, business expansion, and making friends in strange places. Legitimate and semi-legitimate business. (Note: You need to be associated with, own, or be involved in trade or an establishment. This includes merchants,
pub owners, or skilled laborers like carpenters and tailors.)

Fits players who: Want to play on rivalry, forge alliances in strange places, and prove they have what it takes to survive in this business.

“There are caps to be made and power to be grabbed, without the messy politics of the council. Paperwork is boring, anyway.”

Flavours: Maybe smuggling spice, semi-organized crime (some very disorganized), power grabs, drug dealing, forged documents, and secret sisterhoods for mutual protection and power.

Fits players who: Want to play criminals, engage in a game of cat-and-mouse with law-abiding citizens, and belong to a group that could make their lives much easier… or much harder.

“Well, you’re in the shitter now. You’re a mess, and maybe it’s your fault, or maybe someone else is to blame?
You’re the one paying the price nonetheless.”

Flavours: Misery, addiction, dependency, low self-esteem, and navigating situations with no good options.

Fits players who: Want to roleplay misery and exploitation, or the lifestyle of “party ’til you drop”, and trust us, you will probably drop!

“We can’t trust that the factions outside Elysium have our best interests in mind.
The council is overworked, so its up to us!”

Flavours: Counter-espionage, vigilante justice, propaganda, and constant watchfulness. The threat comes from both within and without.

Fits players who: Want a mystery to investigate, love connecting the dots, and aim to expose dark secrets.

“A strange sickness has been popping up, and the rumors are spreading fast.
It’s a good thing the cases in Elysium have been dealt with… right?”

Flavours: Paranoia, sickness, the desperate hunt for medicine, fear of becoming an outcast, and the terror of possibly infecting those you care about. What are you willing to do to survive?

Fits players who: Want to have a ticking clock over their heads, pushing them to find desperate solutions and make hard choices.

Choose this track if you want us to just pick a track for you, but be sure you’re open to play on any of the tracks themes above or some random strange thing Tobias comes up with that’s unique. This is sort of a wild card.
